Positions and skills
Everyone on VETERANch will be working as a community and while training, learning and doing these jobs, they can increase their hire-ability for when they leave. We will be contacting people in every area of expertise and they will hopefully volunteer their time to teach our homeless a skill that we have a need for and one that they want to do in the civilian sector. Once we have the expert here we can put together a teaching and training manual for each area and continue to teach and train the people that rotate through the area and put even better ideas or shortcuts in the training manual. Some will be pretty standard and some more complicated, but no matter what, a homeless veteran will have more knowledge when they leave than when they came in. And that is exactly what we wish for them.
